When To Arrive
To get the most of your Spa Treatment we suggest you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This time is used to fill out client forms and just to unwind.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule of cancel your appointment, we would appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice, so that someone else can visit us.
Bookings
To secure bookings of 2 hours or more and any spa packages, a non refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment is required to protect against late cancellation and “no show” clients. This can be done by credit card or gift voucher number.
Late Arrival
To accommodate the following clients, it is important for us to complete your treatment in the scheduled booking time. Unfortunately if you are late it may result in having to shorten of rechedule your appointment.
